[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Chiller:Electric- Sizing Factor value less than 1

Although the document says the only altered inputs are nominal capacity etc.

I noticed the cooling:Electricity change as well. My objective is to get the real energy use and chiller capacities to report. I feel 0.5 would give the correct number, but I want to confirm if this understanding is right.
