The short answer (I don't have much time at the moment) is that .5 is a good value. This will assign 50% of the calculated capacity to each chiller. Since the calculated capacity includes sizing factors, this should result in good performance.

I noticed the cooling:Electricity change as well. My objective is to get the real energy use and chiller capacities to report. I feel 0.5 would give the correct number, but I want to confirm if this understanding is right.
