I have some data sets of a few PCM products that I'm working on, I'll post them to the list in the future. 

In general, PCM's work in all climates and building occupancy types and have best performance in internal load driven buildings that are on in the day and off at night and in buildings that are located in climate zones that are highly durinial with PCM placed in the external envelop as the interior layer or between insulation layers.

I have reviewed journal articles in the last 12 months on this topic. Most from US. They should be published soon or in the near future. Naturally each had its limitations and research based compromises but all were in favour of climate specific PCM in most climate types.
