[EnergyPlus_Support] temperature

Dear all,
I'm a newie to E+. I have start from input output references to learn e+. I have questions. In ground temperature(deep, surface etc) we enter same value for all months. And there are some default temperatures. (13, 16 Centigrate etc.)
1-But  if we use Istanbul weather data what will the constant temperature for ground temperature?
2- or can i enter different temperature values for each month?
 
P.S: Is e+ appropriate for atrium building simulation? If somebody have tried to simulate atriums, i need more knowledge please contact me.
