Firstly I noticed that the way you set up the loop is not exactly the 
same as the Solar flat plate collector. Since you are using a 
Tempering valve in the Radiant loop to control the tank temperature, 
the water heater should be specified "PASSIVE". That would get rid of 
all the "Outlet and inlet differ by more than tolerance" error.
However, even with that change you will end up with another mass flow 
warning (out of bounds), which is not going to affect the results 
significantly. The warnings, I think, are due to a minor update 
problem (of Max Avail, read engineering Doc for more info on Mass 
flow max avail) which manifested in your input file. I have asked the 
person who developed the valve model for more details and if a bug 
really exists a CR would be posted to take care of that.
