[EnergyPlus_Support] Radiation default value.

I have a doubt and I hope someone can help me. 
What's the default value for solar radiation that
Energy Plus takes into account to make the
calculations; this is because if I fix dry bulb
temperature, and relative humidity with a block as a
building, there's a variation of zone mean air
temperature, is this because of a default value in
solar radiation?
