[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: VAV Outside Air Minimums



After reading some more documentation, I think I understand that 
there is no specific way to make sure that the minimum OA air flows 
are met if the system flow drops below the min OA rate.  With this 
in mind, is there any way to specify the minimum flow rate in the 
system in terms of mass flow rate or volume flow rate (not the 
fraction of max flow rate that is currently called for in the SINGLE 
DUCT: VAV: REHEAT object)?
