[EnergyPlus_Support] Fwd: Re: Compact PTHP expanding issues

Unless...
Reviewing the I/O reference... does "Packaged Terminal Heat Pump
Total Zone Cooling Rate" include cooling effect due, not to the HVAC
system itself, but to outside air insufflation?
Which would be the correct variables to check the actual
heating/cooling loads addressed by the HVAC system, that is, that
actually correspond to the PTHP working, and not just to the gross
heat added/removed by air inlets/outlets?

Thank you.

in question has a scheduled cooling setpoint of 25ºC and a scheduled
heating setpoint of 20ºC, the model seems to be trying to control the
zone to a single setpoint of 20ºC at the early months of the year...
and turning on in cooling mode unnecessarily before zone temperature
reaches 25ºC...
