Thank you very much for the input, the Output:Variables are generated now. However, Output:Meter indicates 0s (zeros) do I have to model a plant first to have required cooling energy. Thank you again..

You have set the schedule value to zero, therefore there was no .csv file.

Change the Field 4 value to
    Until: 24:00, 1.0;

or remove the schedule from the output variable line and terminating timestep with a semicolone should restored the output.

Output:Variable, *,Outdoor Relative Humidity ,Timestep;
......
..... for all the output:variable, ..
