You have set the schedule value to zero, therefore there was no .csv file.
Change the Field 4 value to
Until: 24:00, 1.0;
or remove the schedule from the output variable line and terminating timestep with a semicolone
should restored the output.
Output:Variable, *,Outdoor Relative Humidity ,Timestep;
......
..... for all the output:variable, ..
You can just attach it to your email message.
Or you can go into the files area on the website and put it under Problem Submittals folder
