Thanks for your answer,but I still have no ideas where to start
what is Energy Management System? and where I can find those actuators?
I try to find it in engineering reference and Input/Output reference again. but no results

You can but it will change the heat transfer for all the surfaces as well, and infiltration.

I'm looking at the same problem using a hourly air data obtained from TRNSYS's earth tube model.
