Now go fix this surface - VOID SPACE SOUTH:
    ** Warning ** Floor Tilt=90.0, much less than expected tilt of 180, 
for Surface=VOID SPACE SOUTH, in Zone=ZONE_2

Then look at the 3rd vertex for the surface WALL EAST:
    ** Severe  ** Suspected non-planar surface:"WALL EAST", Max "out of 
line"=1.02916E-002 at Vertex # 3

Then go make your door or window a rectangle:
    ** Severe  ** Suspected 4-sided but non-rectangular Window, Door or 
GlassDoor:
    **   ~~~   ** Surface=WINDOWS SOUTH, Diagonal1=39.187, Diagonal2=39.245

Get it now?
