Thanks for clarifying the issue. I initially thought the same as to distribute it equally having sized with one equipment instead of more.
 
But I think using the sizing factor works easier and faster as Richard has mentioned.

One of the idiosyncrasies of autosizing in E+ is that it sizes EACH chiller for the TOTAL load.  You may not have noticed that the 2nd chiller never operated, but I suspect that was the case.

You?ll have to size them manually for the capacity you desire.  Use the capacity of ONE chiller as the total capacity required for your building.
