May I suggest that you simply attach the IDF itself.
It is very difficult to read the items in your mail with a different format. The problem may be in other part of the IDF. For example, what is in the sizng object. If it is a transient problem, it can be ignored. Autosizing requires a good realistic sizing simulatin. run.. The way I help is to run the IDF submitted and read the error file to find the problems. It may be quite time consumming, and therefore I do not respond to every IDF posted. Your original post seems to indicae that you have one occurance of the problem at 9 am, with the posted conditions. The suggested problem was one of the controller may have a incorrect control sequence. It shoud be "reverse". The cooling coil controller is in "reverse". Is thare any other controllers or components which should be set to "reverse", for example, zone damper control. Please also post the coil object, as the errors indicate that the action direction is wrong. The sequence of the coils is not your problem, but the setpoint managers may be incorrectly set up. If the heating coil sees very cold air and is told to heat to a certain point, it is self defeating. This setup is handled by the setpoint managers.
