I have the following object, in order to cycle the HVAC system to meet the setpoint temperatures during unoccupied hours:

AvailabilityManager:NightCycle,

    AHU-1 AHU/1 Night Cycle Operation,  !- Name

    2,                       !- Applicability Schedule Name

    occupazione,             !- Fan Schedule Name

    CycleOnAny,              !- Control Type

    0.1,                     !- Thermostat Tolerance {deltaC}

    3600;                    !- Cycling Run Time {s}

I am using neither AvailabilityManager:NightVentilation nor FanPerformance:NightVentilation
