Are you modelling a zone where the water is supposed to run down the walls? I'm not sure how e+ models zone air that has 100% humidity. You should contact the helpdesk because I suspect 100% RH should issue a severe error, but then not exceed 100%.

It happens when I run a minute by minute simulation and RH% starts to exceed 100% starting from the point 12/26 5:16 and goes on increasing for the following points . Then it starts to decrease again below 100 .
