Other questions relative to Table 6.8.1G of ASHRAE 90.1-2007:

- for the baseline model (System 8) shall I consider "open-circuit cooling towers" or "closed-circuit cooling towers"?

- how could the required performance be imposed in EnergyPlus? I'm using the object CoolingTower:TwoSpeed
