Zone/sys sensible heating/cooling are the net heating/cooling 
delivered to the zone.  To see the gross load on the coils, see the 
DX heating/cooling coil output variables.  

To see what components are included in the Electricity:Facility meter 
(or any meter), look in the mtd output file.  In the first section of 
the file it lists every energy consumption report variable and which 
meter is it connected to, in the second section of the mtd file each 
meter is listed with a list of all of the component report variables 
that are accumulated on that particular meter.
