If you do not post the IDF, no one will know exactly what is going on. That is one reason why I seldom response to questions without an IDF. There are too many possibilities. AVG only shows how the nodes are connected according to your input. I never use anual simmulation and hourly averaged result for debugging IDF. The result of one day weather file sizing is not the same as that from a DesignDay sizing.
